Ray Thompson is a professional rugby player who plays for the North Queensland cowboys team in the National Rugby League competition played in Australia. Before joining the North Queensland cowboys team in the year 2009, he played for the North Queensland young guns team since he made his professional rugby league debut in the year 2008. Born on 20th January 1993, he has been re-signed by the North Queensland Cowboys team for a 1 year period which extends up till the end of 2013 season.
